Colorado Outdoor Adventure Guide School trains students to guide hunting, fishing and other outdoor adventure activities. They needed to step up their brand look to reflect the quality of instruction they offer and appeal to the core market they were hoping to train. Former military are a core target as the school helps provide direction for life after military service. That was a primary inspiration for the logo using a navigational arrow as a graphic as part of a wordmark with the nickname for the school. Also inspiring was spending a week at the school to understand and document how they do it. The results are a clean, simple mark to give the school the professional image it needed and images and designs that elevate them above their competition.
